hi babe. Send it to me by mail, with SASE envelope and I'll check it for you.–lol–Yep that is real and I must have over 500 of them, including the silver dollar, and the gold colored Susan B. Anthony, holding a baby???…At my work break room, it has a dollar coin changer. I usually bring home $20.00 worth of coin and put it in my piggy bank. So I've got a lot of them…Don't throw it away, that's real babe…I am a mechanic by the way…

all coins should be real currency unless of course if they are fake

As a collector of the coins I can tell you they are real. I spent 5 of the presidential series coins today with my purchase of gasoline. You can ask for them at the bank or you get them in change from the post office stamp machine, if you still have one at your local post office.
This series started in February 2007 and will last through about 2016. They will also start a native American series next year when they redesign the reverse of the Sacagawea $1 coins.
