I'm doing a project on currency values and need a survey of people who think that there SHOULD and SHOULDN'T be currency value difference between countries. (like euro, dong, yuen, and USD) Please defend your opinion and include what your occupation is. Thanks!

Why? It is like saying that gold, silver, and platinum should cost exactly the same. Or saying that all pieces of land should cost exactly the same.
Currencies are different entities and their values depend upon the demand and supply and is partially tied to the goods that can be purchased with that currency.

Complicated question
In an ideal world yes; but, in an ideal world, all wages are fair and equal… meaning one country's workers make the same as all other country's workers doing the same job.
So you see, there is a reason the 10+ pesos = 1 dollar… a worker in Mexico gets more for those 10 pesos because she only makes an average of $30 (300 pesos) per week.
