In terms of continous updates, I've not found a tool that provides that outside of very expensive professional tools.
I use Ameritrade and can do this for trades and individual issues of stock but don't think there is an "issue" symbol for specific exchange rates.

I feel bad to this,because the currency I earn drop its value most of the time,I feel more and more pressure on it.When the world economy is not stable enough it compact us small business a lot.

You can open online forex pactice account. It gonna have real time quates, charts…… There are many online forex brokers…….you can check http://www.forex.com
