At conversion rates as of April 6, 2008, the value of $20 Jamaican Dollars is $0.27 (27 cents) in US currency.
As noted in a response by another Yahoo! member to a similar question in Yahoo! Answers, most places - currency conversion firms and banks, for instance - at which you can exchange foreign currency in the US accept only paper banknotes, not coins, alas. So even if this coin had significant value, it'd likely be spendable only in Jamaica.
