Paper money can be made in ways that can be identifiable by people who are visually impaired. I believe making such bills would make counterfeiting more difficult.

No, silly. Just make the currency user-friendly to the visually impaired. Like make the paper money different sizes (which doesn't sound too reasonable since money machines would have a fit), or make the money with raised ink or braille.

The court did not rule that it was unconstitutional. It ruled that the money must be varied in size and texture. Nothing more.
Why do people insist on jumping to such ludicrous conclusions.
