		<description>actually, there&#39;s concerns that the European Union will have to keep cutting rates, which means less demand for the Euro.  This is highly probable.  Also, if the dollar weakens anymore, US govt. might have to actually get around to doing something to support the dollar.  This is not so probable.</description>
