I had exchanged many foreign currencies in HK before and many of them is no problem. Its normal, especially you are from Japan or coming from Japan. You can exchanged at airport definitely and they are glad to exchange you to HK Dollar. But is better you go outside of airport, cause the rates are better than airport inside. Its all yes.
