What is Basque's (El País Vasco's) form of currency?
Do they use their own system of money, or do they use the euro?

The Basque region is part of Spain, it's never had it's own currency. The currency was the Spanish Peseta until January 1st 1999 when the Peseta became obsolete, and Spain adopted the Euro.
