Yes you can, they have foreign exchange offices all over the city - KL that is. But I am sure they have it in most of the big cities as well.

of course you can.. if you come here by flight (of course you are).. there is money changer at the main terminal building of KLIA.. if not mistaken, departure level…

You can change most of the currency in Kuala Lumpur. Dont change at the airport, rate is bad. If you must, change a little bit only. Plenty of money changer in KL area with good exchange rates.

I am sure Rupees can be change for Malaysian Currency
