Which bank can help me to change US or Czech currency to Euro dollars?

Out of convenience, I use Travelex, which has many airport locations for when I'm traveling. However, they only take paper notes, no coins from non US currency.

it is Euro period not the euro dollar.
and virtually any bank in Czech republic considers Euros, dollars and Czech crowns fully exchangeable. OUtside the Czech republic I would rather exchange the Euros to dollars and vice versa, because the crown could be limited in banks abroad.
