Everything I have read on this site in the past has said that if you have to pay for it, it is a scam. There are plenty of really free work online sites. Do some research and remember: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

I'm currently using it; it rocks out on EUR/USD and it's going well. Was simple to install too… install MT4, put the .ex4 into the experts folder, open MT4, open new chart for EUR/USD, drag ForexTracer from the navigator panel to the chart, click the "Expert Advisors" button and now it's making me money.
