I am not stupid and I read the forex trading spam on this site. Then I report it. Soon it disappears from the site. The more you report them, the better your reputation gets, and eventually it gets to the point where anything you report disappears. You should try reporting them too.

Maybe "stupid" is not the proper word, "foolish" would be a better fit.
People are motivated by greed, many believe there's an easy way to make money, everybody thinks trading is easy,
they hear the name Warren Buffet and they're ready to bow down a say their prayers to him
Read some of the question here on YA, by those seeking the holy grail, is very sad, they spend more time looking for the short cuts than studying the right way.
