How to convert foreign coins to US currency?

I have all these foreign coins, some of which I can't even identify. I'm not certain of their worth, origin, or age. I would like to exchange these coins for money I could use. Where could I go to do this? Would a bank convert my foreign coins? I'm not expecting them to be worth much, but even if they're only 10 cents each, I'd like to exchange them.

Is it Possible to Transfer Currencies from other countries and turn it into us Dollars?

I have a company and my friend wants to donate but he lives in another country so he can't Donate Us Dollars. Is it possible to use paypal in any way to take Currencies from other countries and Transfer or turn into Us Dollars. If not then i have problems.

how is it that Europe has 4% inflation with a currency that can buy 35% more than a US dollar and the US ..?

inflation is relatively the same? In other words why are US inflationary numbers so low when it has lost at least 25% of its value to the euro in the last 3 years ?
if prices increase 4% in europe with the euro buying more than the dollar shouldnt prices in the US rise comparitively ? like 4% plus the devaluation ?

The YTL currency value is very close to the US Dollar, and seems to make for its distance from the Euro ?

Does that mean that now the income and buying power are quite the same in the US and Turkey?
And very close to EU?
In terms of economics, what does it mean?
