NASDAQ 100 and DJ 30 are indexes. You can't trade them. A forex dealer deals in foreign exchange (currency). There are NASDAQ futures that you can trade through a futures broker and ETFs that you can trade through a stock broker.

Forex brokers, as a rule, do not trade stock indexes.
There are several professional stock and option platforms that also trade FX. (ThinkOrSwim, TradeStation & Interactivebrokers to name 3…….).
If you're new to trading…… you are in some seriously dangerous waters. Take a couple of years to learn this stuff before you blow your account.
