Yes, just call around. You can always go to the airport and have it done at a currency exchange station.

These sound more like collector's items. I would try to determine the value before I just "cashed" them in for US currency. Go to a coin shop and ask for an appraisal. I'm willing to bet they're worth more than face value.

As for general currency exchanges, if it's a bank you have accounts with, they will be happy to do normal currency exchanges, though there will probably be a nominal fee for the transaction.

Here is what the Standard Catalog of World Banknotes, Modern Issues, 13th edition (2008) has to say about them:
"The Central bank will no longer exchange these notes for regular currency. Value is thus speculative."
The set is listed in the catalog as P-CS1. Catalog value for the set of 36 pieces is $325. The set consists of $1 (1 pc.), $2 (2 pc.), $5 (3 pc.), $10 (4 Pc.), $20 (2 pc.), $25 (6 pc.), $50 (7 pc.), $75 (5 pc.), and $100 (6 pc.).
eBay is probably your best bet for selling them. You might get half of catalog at a coin shop for them.
