I've got some US dollars and I want to exchange them to Hong Kong Dollars, but I don't know how much to pay the exchanger. My friend says that you need to pay 10% of the money you want to exchange, is that true? Also, do they deduct the amount of money you need to pay in the currency exchanged?

I am a newbie to fundamental analysis and I still have some difficulties in using and understanding the Forexfactory’s calendar. For example, how to use ‘Actual’, ‘Forecast’ and ‘Previous’ columns.
