Call them and ask?
Stop by the bank and ask?
Check and see if their Web site says anything about it?

I’m not sure whether you have dollars and want foreign currency or if you have foreign currency and want dollars. Either way, Bank of America will help you. Go to a branch. They will charge you a fee.

All major banks have a foreign department, so Yes Bank of America being a major bank does have a foreign department
Just check their website, do not go to a branch office, they usually have no idea of what goes on in their own banking institution.
