  1. Call them and ask?

Stop by the bank and ask?

Check and see if their Web site says anything about it?

  2. Just call the Bank of America customer services and they should be able to answer your question:
    Go to http://www.bankofamerica.com
Select “Contact Us” in the top right cornor
    Select your state
It will give you the customer service information for banks in your area

  3. I’m not sure whether you have dollars and want foreign currency or if you have foreign currency and want dollars. Either way, Bank of America will help you. Go to a branch. They will charge you a fee.

  4. http://www.bankofamerica.com/state.cgi?section=contact&update=&cookiecheck=yes&lob=fc

Go to that link and select which state you are in.

And use the contact details on there!

Bank of America usually do trade and exchange in most currencies anyway!

  5. Ask them?

  6. All major banks have a foreign department, so Yes Bank of America being a major bank does have a foreign department

Just check their website, do not go to a branch office, they usually have no idea of what goes on in their own banking institution.
