It will give you the customer service information for banks in your area</description>

		<description>I'm not sure whether you have dollars and want foreign currency or if you have foreign currency and want dollars. Either way, Bank of America will help you. Go to a branch. They will charge you a fee.</description>

Just check their website,  do not go to a branch office, they usually have no idea of what goes on in their own banking institution.
