		<description>There is a problem. We are not using 1 million Turkish Lira's anymore. We 
have cut off trailing 6 zeros in our currency 5 years ago and now  1million Turkish Lira is equal to 1 New Turkish Lira. Now only Central Bank of Turkey accept old Turkish Lira's. So I guess you cant be able exchange it. However no need to worry because "1 million Turkish Lira=1 New Turkish Lira=less than 1 US Dollar"So you don't lose anything. Keep it as  a souvenir.
