Middle eastern countries are becoming interesting to watch as they slowly become the tech centers of the world. We live in a time where technology has moved so incredibly fast it will make your head spin if you look at in the context of human progress in say the last hundred years.
Some of the big tech companies have recently recognized the opportunities that exist in these countries and have put their money where their mouth is. Business conditions are of course favorable but further to that here is a sound work ethic amongst residents and they are embracing technology at an astounding rate. The internet has connected them to a lifestyle (western) that they aspire to and their values are rapidly changing. They see what we have and they want it now. Generation Y is of course this way all over the world, but these people are more focused, just like the Japanese of the 80’s.
