		<description>That should be the Plate Serial Number. Not the bill serial number.

The long set of numbers is the Bill&#39;s Serial number.  

But the small set &#34;FW D 65&#34;, that is the serial number of the plate used to make the bill.

Each plate makes 32 single bills.  You will also see something like &#34;D2&#34; on the bill.  That is the position number.  That tells you what part of the plate the bill was struck from.</description>
