My cousin was mailed 60 Canadian dollars, but lives in the U.S. She’s tried several banks, whom will not exchange it. Where should she go. She lives in FLA.

Try the airport. There are booths there to exchange money. Her bank should exchange it however.

International airport will exchange it. If she has an account at a bank, they should exchange it. You may need a bigger name bank, not a small bank.
