Currently now i’m in Japan, basically I’m from India - I’m having 1,00,000.00 JPY now, this week end i’m returning back to India? Which one is the better option, converting JPY in Japan or in India, If in India is better what are all the formalities to convert JPY to INR? pls help me.

It will convert the same way, it is worth only what it is worth. So if the value of the Yen is double the value of the indian currency(that is to say it has more buying power) you will get the same in either country. Just guessing, I bet they are pretty comparable.
