If you don’t want to loss i recommend to buy US dollar and euro in same rate.
Because if US $ drooped the euro will raise, and so opposite.
for example,
if you have 100,000 PKR and want to convert it to US and EUR you need the exchange prices rate, till this moment the prices are,
1 EUR = 1.26999 USD
1 USD = .787405

1 PKR= .0123594 USD
1 PKR= .00973186 EUR

change 50000 PKR to ERU: PKR 50,000 * .00973186 = EUR 486.593
change 50000 PKR to USD: PKR 50,000 * .0123594 = USD 617.96

in this case EUR 486.593 = USD 617.96, so your money will be save and doesn’t affect by raise and fall of prices, because if EUR raise you will achieve a profit that covers the loss you have in the USD.
