Not the half penny but the penny, then quit printing and circulating it. The three dollar bill would be ok. More importantly, food stamps. We all want to get in on this. We'll be able to save our money to drug and drink on. Or any other "fun" we might want. Someone else said other: toilet paper. Not me, I wouldn't wipe my butt on him.
