What countries or areas out there is the US dollar more than the foreign currency?

As of today the Canadian dollar was trading at .81 against the US dollar. The Australian currency was trading at .66 against the US dollar.

They actually USE the US dollar in Ecuador!
I think you could get about 10 Mexican pesos to the Dollar.
