If global investors favored the European Bund over treasuries, and the ECB sold 4 billion Euro’s of 4% Bunds,

would the purchasing of those bunds first create a demand for Euro’s (to buy the bunds), then, as the Euro’s are absorbed by the ECB, further push up the price level of the Euro?
