Teddy Roosevelt, one of the greatest presidents this nation has ever had, and a staunch God-fearing patriot, was very much AGAINST putting God on our money.
He felt that it was akin to blasphemy.

It should stay. We are a great nation because we and our founders had faith in God.

No. Plain and simple- NO. That is part of our American heritage. That question is about the same as asking if the Liberty Bell should be melted down since it’s cracked.

Obama is trying to change it to “In Allah We trust”.
Don’t change it!

oh hell yes

Yes. The motto was added to our currency in 1957 during the communism scare/hysteria. We are a secular country and mottos like that belong in a church, not on our currency.
EDIT: By the way, for those that are confused we are not a Christian country (see Treaty of Tripoli) and our government does not stand behind any state religion.

Absolutely not!

NO. this country is a christian nation and was founded on christian principles. plus, god created this nation, and as much as we tend to exclude and ignore Him in our everyday lives, the least we can do is give him credit for creating this great nation.

Thank you, I voted No! We’re taking our own history and destroying it! Pretty soon we will be like a 3rd world country, Crazy, if things like this keep up!

People that take the time to remove “In God We Trust” are wasting their time. They should spend their time helping a child learn to read or something. Unfortunatley, they have nothing better to do. Why in the world would someone have a problem with this. Athiesm is one thing, but going out of your way to find some satisfaction at pissing off Christians (or other God believing people) is as about as petty as it gets.
