I think there is no site better then other to give information about certain product. So in order to get the information you need try using a search engine and search by "forex" "forex trading" and read and i`m sure you`ll find what you need.

There are plenty of them.I always like to recommend forum participation as a great way to gather information.Babypips is one of the foremost.
So is Oanda. Forums are one of the best ways to start as a novice.
Investopedia.com and Cbot.com are good for glossary terms.Bloomberg is an excellent resource.
Of course you can always trade on demo/virtual accounts offered by most online brokers.
