I have a 10,000 ruble note from 1993. I'm wondering if it is still possible to exchange that note for US currency?

No, the 1993 issues are no longer legal tender, and do not trade as currency. You can sell your note as a collectible for US dollars. The price will largely depend on its condition.

You can but only at the Russian Bank,
Also keep in mind that it only worth 10 rubles now since they removed three Zeroes.
10 rubles is worth less than 1$. probably about 30 cents.
I'd keep it as a souvenir
I remember I had 1 million note in Turkish before they changed it. I should have kept it …

Try to sell it on Ebay. It's not worth much as previous posters have explained. However, depending on condition, as it's a part of Russia's former history, hang on to it for a long time and see what happens to the value over time.
