How can I change to the " japanese currency to the euro ? I don't care what the japanese exchange rate is.

It is not clear exactly what your question is referring to, but the currency converter linked here allows for conversions either way with most currencies.

Japanese currency is "small", so see the inversion:
1 EUR = 126.018311 JPY
