Invest or open an account? Either way it will depend on the broker you choose. Micro accounts are available on many sites, but with a lower investment you will see a lower rate of return, and one bad day could wipe you out if you aren't careful.
Micro accounts can be opened for $25-$50. Make sure you understand how they charge you for their service (built into spread, commission based, etc). Good luck!

why would you want to invest in something so risky? you're much more likely to lose money than make it

$25-$50 is the lowest you can invest but I would recommend you start with more than that. Here's a website you can start with $100 http://www.fxpro.com Then it goes up from there a mini account is usually $250-$300 and more. The normal size trading account minimum is usually $2500.I just personally don't like the cheap platforms the ones where you can trade with $25.The charts n all that are not good at all. That n like I say you can only really make nickle n dime profits. Thus more money equals more leverage which means more profits.I always say first get educated n practice trade for a while at least a month or so before you start trading with actual money.Always remember the is substantial risk involved with forex as in any other investment.Hope this helps you out n the best of luck to you.
