What would a "wholesale" forex broker be, exactly?

Forex trading is not "buying foreign currency, marking it up, and reselling it"…it isn't like buying apples for resale…you are buying foreign currency someone else does not want, so they are selling it to you…

The closest thing to a "wholesale" Forex broker would be a bank!

There's really no such thing as a 'wholesale' btoker as such, however If you mean a broker that's going to give you commercial rates, then there are lots out there to choose from.
