		<description>In theory yes, but in practice it would take many billions of dollars.  Big government-sponsored banks sometimes come into the market to drive up one currency or drive down another and it&#39;s effective for a short while but even they can&#39;t prop up a currency forever if it&#39;s crappy and going to fall.</description>
