		<description>For a period of time last year much of the world&#39;s currency was based on carbon via the price of oil and the flows of currency to nations selling it. Some pure libertarians agree with your thoughts over the future where a person should be responsible for the air they breathe as well as even the space which their body displaces, since both may have value which would be better deployed towards more valuable activities. I think I caught an interview on NPR with Richard Dawkins suggesting the same.
  I agree, the future could really change some of the taken for granted things we have now.</description>
