conversion energy into currency?
Chiller usage 10 Kw/hr for temp 4 – 6 oC.
if requirement temp 10 oC, is it possible chiller usage below 10 Kw/hr?

the power consumption depends on the tonnage of refrigeration and not the temperature alone.
of course , with the date you provided if the existing chiller has a reduced refrigeration load because of temperature change, then the chiller will use less than the current power consumption but of course it operates at part load so i don't find much change however you can save something !
