hi, i watched a documentary recently, called Zeitgeist. In this we are told that Bush made a deal with Canada & Mexico to remove the border & also create a new currency called something like cammero ?
Is this true ? have you seen this doc or any like it ?

I think the majority of Americans would waddle along like Fau Gras and not think twice that it was China controlling the World Monetary System

I worked in Nigeria and I have some Naira back (not much, around $1000).
I am looking for an exchange store that I can exchange my money to Dollar. Banks do not do that with Naira!! Probably somewhere in Nigerian community in Toronto must be some Businesses that do this service, but I am not aware of it.

I have a question related to US tax filling for a loss that I incurred in 2008. I had bought foreign currency Certificate of Deposits (primarily in Aussie dollar) through an Indian Bank. These certificate of deposits were purchase around April, 2008 and sold-off by October-Nov, 2008. I didn't earn an interest but had currency related loss (~$10K) when I sold them. The Bank didn't issue any 1099* for this. How do I right file this loss with IRS?
While searching on the internet, I seem to get various replies like:
- miscellaneous itemized deduction on Schedule A.
- line 21 of Form 1040.
- capital loss should be reflected on Schedule D. and many more.
It will be really great if someone can help me here.
