Hello,
It is true you need to do your research before starting with Foreign Exchange trading. I honestly wouldn't try and find the full 38 steps though. What I would do is try and look at what are known as Forex trading robots. For beginners they are necessary tools to being successful. They monitor all of the market conditions and signals and basically do most of the work for you. I have tried a few of them and after wasting some money decide http://www.forexmegadroidsoftware.com was the only one worth trying. With others I saw returns on a $1000 investment anywhere from -$300 to up to $200. With Megadroid I saw over a $500 gain in a month. Honestly after trying a few it is the only one I would recommend. I suggest you give that site a look.
