I am buying this bracelet from Asmama , and the seller says it costs $15 shipped…i checked on this currency converter and it is 5.62100 U.S. dollars , is that correct ?

Is what correct? The seller says it costs $15, but you're claiming it only costs $5.62 … I would say that the seller probably knows how much he's selling it for.
Maybe you're calculating just the price of the bracelet, but not including the shipping charges?
