Is there a carrer in college that makes you a master in forex?
or is it better to take it as a second job?
are there another options to earn money without a job? which is the better way?

You should go to a Currency College where they teach you everything about currency, trading and exchanging.

BA in Finance, Investment. Or any Finance related course.
Anyway, you can also master forex trading skill by your own. There are lot’s free resources out there. Sign up for a demo account. Trade until you able to consistently making profit. Then, put in some real money that you can afford to loss. You may loss it, treat it as tuition fee. Finally, hopefully you would have master the skill to win in the long run.

A finance degree with an emphasis in international finance would probably be your best bet. You certainly don’t have to have a degree to trade in forex but I would recommend putting in some solid study before trading as it can be a very risky market…
