FOREX is an acronym for "foreign exchange", so what do you mean by whether or not it is real?

Go visit a good review site, that has studied the market and will tell you what´s real and what´s not.
All those products have been on the market for a while now, so some showed they were good, and some didn´t.
Try http://www.uniquesolutionsreviews.com and look for Forex.
You may get the kind of information you seek.

There is over $2 trillion per day traded in the Forex market. It is the largest financial market in the world.
So yes it is real.
It is also real difficult. And not a good choice for someone to pursue on their own without in depth training or assistance.
Proceed with caution.
