		<description>The notes you are describing are pre-1959 French francs, which haven't been redeemable for several years. If they are in decent condition, however, they both have good value as collectibles. Even the most common variety of 5000 Francs note catalogs for $10 in heavily circulated grade. If you can tell me the date and condition, I can tell you more about these notes.
The Iran notes are from before the 1979 revolution and have no face value. I cannot give you any idea as to collectible value without more information.</description>
