I don’t know… but I can tell you this much… Your question is the best/smartest question I’ve seen written regarding trading in FX.

Millionaire Traders, Lien and Schlossbnerg
Trading In the Zone, Mark Douglas

The Mark Douglas book is one of my top 10 all time favorite books on trading…. many traders consider it the best book on trading ever written.
