I was looking at the internet for head chef jobs internationally and had trouble finding ones with enough detail to base an assignment on comparing national (UK) job to an international job and when i found one it said DH0 - DH15,000 per year which when i convert is like £2522 a year which is very low, does the DH0 - DH bit mean its more than 15,000? Please help someone.
I found the job description here.

I checked the link you included and you’re right, it’s DH 0-15K a year. Your maths is also right. It’s less than GBP 3000.
This isn’t a typo error, it’s most likely not aimed for British applicants. Fact is, Britons don’t get hired for jobs that pay this low anywhere, but especially not in the UAE. That’s not to say however, that this posting is a scam; I have no way of knowing that. This rate is commonly given to non-British prospects.
Have a look at this page: http://dubaiemploymenttips.com/resume-cv/ That should give you an insight into the Dubai job market.
Best of luck!
