when traveling abroad, is it better to convert currency before going to ur destination, or once u reach there?

It is typically better to exchange your currency at your local bank before traveling to your destination. Although the difference is not very much.
Make sure you pay attention to the exchange rates because they do change daily, and the number you see online is never the exact exchange rate they will give you on your money(they have to make money somehow)
Just be sure to stay away from converting currency in places like airports, train stations, etc.
