Someone said it was supposed to take effect sometime in 2010. The only reason they havent done it yet is so the rich people dont lose their investments changing the currency. Every single continent is supposed to have their currency just like the Euros.

When I got the documents. one of the questions it asks is ‘do you want the cruise line to convert GBP to dollars or do you want to your credit card company to carry out the conversion?’

This is the situation:
There is an item I want to buy and it’ll be on eBay for 24 more days (there are 14 in quantity so I don’t have to worry about availability). The seller is in America and I am in Australia.
Right now, the Aussie dollar is 0.886.
Should I wait til the Aussie dollar is stronger (like 0.91) before getting the item? Or rather, will it make a difference?
If I bid THEN, will the payment price match the immediate currency rate?
