When a currency is dropping value, how do one make profit out of it? If i’m not mistaken, you could convert said currency to commodities or gold, but is there any other way to not just protect our assets but to maximize the profit?

I see all these Forex trade currency sites, but I don’t get their explanation.
What’s an easy way to do it? How much is needed? And what all needs to be done?
