For extra credit in French we’re supposed to find out one country that doesn’t use it. My teacher said there are four. Can anyone help me?

Their are 11 countries which do not use the Euro :), only 16 out of the 27 member states of Europe actualy do use it :D.
The countries which do not officialy use the Euro are -
United Kingdom
Bulgaria
Czech Rep.
Denmark
Estonia
Hungary
Latvia
Lithuania
Poland
Romania
Sweden
Norway

i beleive finland luthawania turkey if you would even consider it europe, sweden and estonia double check on that jsut wiki the country and check currency but i know at least one of those has to be right

If by "Europe" you mean the European Union, then the EU countries not using the euro are:
* United Kingdom
* Bulgaria (but its currency is pegged to the euro)
* Czech Republic
* Denmark
* Estonia
* Hungary
* Latvia
* Lithuania
* Poland
* Romania
* Sweden
Though, in the European continent there are other countries that do not use officially the euro. They are:
* Iceland
* Norway
* Switzerland
* Croatia
* Serbia
* Bosnia and Herzegovina (but its currency is pegged to the euro)
* Macedonia
* Albania
* Turkey
* Moldova
* Ukraine
* Belarus
* Russia
In addition, Montenegro and Kosovo are not part of the Monetary Union, but they adopted unilaterally the euro.

The Euro has been in use since January of 2002. Currently, the Euro is in use in the following countries:
* Andorra (not part of the European Union)
* Austria
* Belgium
* Cyprus
* Finland
* France
* Germany
* Greece
* Ireland
* Italy
* Kosovo (not part of European Union)
* Luxembourg
* Malta
* Monaco (not part of European Union)
* Montenegro (not part of European Union)
* Netherlands
* Portugal
* San Marino (not part of European Union)
* Slovakia
* Slovenia
* Spain
* Vatican City (not part of European Union)
The following European Union countries have plans to adopt the Euro in the future:
* Bulgaria
* Czech Republic
* Estonia
* Hungary
* Latvia
* Lithuania
* Poland
* Romania
The following countries are not yet planning to adopt the Euro.
* Denmark (meets criteria to join the EU and use the Euro but has not chosen to adopt the Euro yet)
* Sweden has not chosen to meet all criteria to use the Euro as its sole currency. You can however use the Euro in certain areas of Sweden.
* The UK has no plans to replace the pound with the euro in the foreseeable future.
* And Iceland a non-European Union country is in the process of applying for membership in the European Union.
