Find a coin collector’s website, there will be experts on there who can give you an idea of its value.

A 1919 Indian 1 Rupee contains 0.3438 troy ounces of silver worth over $6US, and the coin is worth $8US in VF-20; $12.50US in XF-40; and $20US or more if like new. I hope that helps.
