The best option would likely be an American Express office. There is one on Park avenue around 50th and there is another on Lexington at 64th or 63rd. I'm sure you can find that info online. I recommend AmEx because you'll likely get a better rate than at banks that don't specialize in international services or the places aimed at tourists.
